Aspirator/Impulse Equipment

Aspirator/Impulse Equipment with maximum pressure and high vacuum power offers truly comprehensive solutions. We have impulse pumps able to work at pressures of up to 3,000 Kg/cm2, guaranteeing a continuous and efficient flow. We also have available a sludge aspirator which offers a flow of 1,100 litres per minute, ensuring thorough cleaning at all times.

With this combination of mixed equipment we offer an unbeatable solution that will satisfy the most demanding needs of our Clients.

Aspirator Equipment for Solids and Liquids using Lobe Pumps and Turbines

Our aspirators for solids are outstanding for their load capacity, which varies from 5 m3 to 15 m3, adapting to the different work volumes. Equipped with the most powerful pumps on the market, our aspirators have a capacity of 8,200 litres per minute. They also have a filtered aspirator surface of 32 m2, with 40 m2 for safety, guaranteeing efficient and safe cleaning; and aspiration hoses that vary from 70 mm up to 200 mm, making them machines with great versatility and performance.

Impulse Pumps and Machines

We have impulse pumps and machines with maximum high pressure that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Our machines are fitted with impulse pumps of the latest generation, able to work at pressures from 0 to 3,000 kg/cm2.

Street Sweepers

We have sweeper vehicles using a mechanical-vacuum system with various hopper capacities from the best brands in the market, such as Dulevo, Kärcher and Macro, well known for their quality and efficiency, so that we can produce impeccable results.

Mini-loaders

We have available to our Clients, mechanical mini-loaders of various types, models and brands to adapt to the specific needs of each task, service or work to be done, and which are used for the comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of installations. Also the fact that they can be used for both loading tasks and excavation for the movement of materials makes them versatile and reliable machines.

Lifter trucks

We have lifter trucks prepared for the efficient loading and unloading of pallets, both for trucks and for the whole logistical process. We can also offer the service of classification of pallets. Our trucks can handle loads of up to 8,000 kg, which means that we can tackle projects of varying characteristics with success and safety.

Electrical Aspiration Hoppers

Highly efficient and versatile aspiration systems through the use of electric hoppers. These hoppers can be fixed or mobile, so that we can adapt them to the various arrangements and requirements of industrial processes. Also our systems are designed to allow direct unloading of the material taken up in the process itself, thus optimising efficiency and productivity.

We have a broad variety of hopper capacities, from 0.5 m3 to 1.5 m3. This gives us the necessary flexibility to take on projects of different magnitudes and volumes of material to be taken up.

Dumpers

Copevac has a broad range of dumpers fitted with tipper, chute or swivel box for efficient unloading. Our dumpers are designed to provide flexibility in the unloading process, allowing forward or side unloading, using gravity or hydraulically. They also have optional front traction or double axles, the rear axles being directional for optimum manoeuvrability.

The Dumpers we have at Copevac are very versatile and adapt well to prolonged work cycles, which makes them an ideal option for the movement of materials on a small or medium scale. Their resistance means that we can deal with the most demanding tasks in the industrial environment, guaranteeing reliable and efficient performance in every task.

Mixed Backhoes

With capacities from 600 kg, our smallest backhoe model is a highly versatile option and efficient in accessing places that are difficult to get at. Its performance and capacity mean that precise jobs can be undertaken in small spaces. At Copevac we also have a good variety of larger backhoe models with greater capacity to meet the specific needs of each project.

Using the larger backhoes with their bigger capacity we can deal with projects of greater scope. These models offer a greater power and larger load capacity, which makes them the ideal choice for works that call for additional performance and resistance.

Blaster Robots

Copevac also has a range of Blaster Robots specialised for tasks of breaking up, crushing and extraction of material in places where access is complicated. These small size robots are designed to provide exceptional performance in tight spaces and with difficult access, where conventional machines cannot go.

Our Blaster Robots are highly versatile and efficient, able to produce precise execution in break-up tasks and the safe and effective removal of material.

Container trucks

In our enterprise we offer specialised services for the transport and emptying of containers at rubbish tips and/or authorised waste disposal sites. Our fleet of container trucks is designed to guarantee efficient and safe handling of containers, supplying reliable solutions adapted to the needs of each project.

We take charge of transporting containers to internal tips and/or authorised waste disposal sites, ensuring a suitable process of discharge and final waste disposal safely and in compliance with current environmental regulations.
