COPEVAC participated in the major initiative by CEMEX Spain Operations at the Alcanar plant known as Safe Tuesdays, which aims to promote a safer and more aware working environment in the industry.
In a continued commitment to safety and operational excellence, COPEVAC and CEMEX Spain Operations co-organized a specialized course on April 16th, focusing on safe and efficient practices at the heat exchange towers at the CEMEX plant in Alcanar.
The course, aimed at operators and technical staff, had the primary goal of educating and raising awareness about the inherent dangers of activities in the heat exchange towers and the best cleaning techniques to mitigate risks. Participants received intensive training on preventive measures and safety protocols that must be followed to protect not only those carrying out these tasks but also any operator present at the facilities.
“It is always a pleasure to collaborate with our clients on safety matters and contribute to ensuring safety at the shared workplace.”
During the session, industrial safety experts from COPEVAC shared their knowledge and experience, emphasizing the importance of the rigorous application of safety standards.
